Returns & Exchanges

At Creepers Socks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance athletic gear. If your socks don't provide the perfect fit or performance, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused socks in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
